Levels

Levels 1A - 1D

Our first levels are crucial for creating and consolidating a strong foundation. These levels will work on building confidence, developing a perfect streamline, and the beginnings of Freestyle and Backstroke.

Levels 2A - 2C

Our secondary levels are important for building on the foundation already set, introducing breathing and timing for Freestyle and Backstroke. It is also where we consolidate arms for Breaststroke and Survival Backstroke, and introduce Breaststroke kick.

Levels 3A - 3B

In our third levels we start swimming 25m laps developing advanced Freestyle and Backstroke techniques. We also develop the timing of Breastsroke and a strong Butterfly kick.

Levels 4A - 4B

Our fourth levels are where we refine technique and extending the distance of strokes. We also introduce Butterfly arms and more advanced Breastroke techniques.

Levels 5 - 7

In our final levels, we perfect every stroke till each student is swimming beautifully through the water. We also develop more advanced water skills used for racing and water safety, such as tumble turns and treading water, ensuring they are ready for our Squad Program.
